I am passionate about music.

2) When you think about God – what is the first thing that comes to mind? 
Father is the first thing that comes to mind

3) If God suddenly appears before you today, what will you say to Him? 
I will thank Him for healing me

4) If Noah went out and got a tattoo – what would it be and why? 
Noah's tattoo will be an ark because that was his purpose for God to rebuild everything.

My first experience reaching out to the Genting community. It was a smooth journey traveling up to Genting Highlands. We started from PJ, headed to Silent Ray's place for tea and from there met Steven and finally journeyed to Genting. We attended mass at Holy Family chapel. It was also my first visit there. Fr. August Li was very accommodating and believe it or not he was also a previous participant of the choice weekend. We were delighted to have met our old Choice family as well as being given the opportunity to reach out to the single adults of Genting. What is Sex all About?

That is the question, is it not?  Now the participants of Choice were given a few topics on which we were to stage a play and this was the topic given to my group. One can only imagine the teasing which took place when our peers realized that this was the topic given. I mean how does one stage a play on sex ? It took me awhile to think of a story-line, a few days of musing before I finally decided that I would write a story on relationships of which Sex would be its main theme.  I  wrote a story on the heartache, grief, and triumphs of one girl who overcame an abusive relationship of which her boyfriend had attempted to coerce her into having sex with him and when she refused, he began to cheat on her. Now why did I write the story this way instead of perhaps touching on other issues such as prostitution etc ? Its because through my own experience and that of others I have come to see that so many of us have experienced deep sorrow and anguish in the relationship...

What does CHOICE mean to you? #2

Preparing for the CHOICE weekends is truly an amazing experience. In these series of post, we interviewed some of the members to share their encounters with CHOICE that inspired them to return and to serve subsequent weekends. 1. Issues in life you struggled with before choice. I had issues with being very quiet and reserved. To put it in simple layman terms I was the invincible one. 😊  2. What choice is to you? CHOICE hmm to be honest at first, I was so scared of Choice because I was told it's a matchmaking program. It took me many years to decide to go for Choice but I was proven wrong. Choice totally exceeded my expectations and no, choice is not a matchmaking program - phew such a relief.  3. How has choice change your life?  Choice changed my life. I was lost and today I found myself. I will forever be grateful for the experience. 4. What is life after choice? These 4 words sums up my life after Choice. God, Family, Fun and lots of Food...
